Conditions Studied Healthy aging
Purpose The purpose of this study is to learn more about how a healthy person ages and what changes in the brain occur with aging.
Eligibility  
Inclusion Criteria Aged 40-100 with minor or no memory problems

Exclusion Criteria Significant memory problems or diagnosis of a neurodegnerative disease
What is Involved?  
Testing A neurological examination, cognitive testing, blood draw for genetics studies, interview with a study partner (someone who knows you well and can comment on any changes over time in your memory, thinking, personality, or behavior), brain MRI and yearly follow-up appointments
Frequency of Visits 3-4 visits (12-16 hours total) of your time within a three month period, every year, for five years
