The UCSF Neurodegenerative Disease Brain Bank (NDBB) houses a critical resource for researchers studying neurodegenerative disease. The NDBB performs research-based, comprehensive brain autopsies on patients dying of neurodegenerative disease and works with collaborating researchers to support their studies.

An experienced administrative operations professional is needed to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to the NDBB. The individual will report to the Director of the NDBB and will perform short and long-term planning and development. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for maintaining timelines with regard to NDBB autopsy workflow and will supervise the Autopsy Coordinator and Administrative & Clinical Research Coordinator. S/he will also manage NDBB invoicing and payments, oversee program metrics and progression, manage tissue sharing operations, maintain program compliance, act as HR liaison for the NDBB team and lab, and facilitate additional projects.
