The Ambulatory Care Administration Manager manages the operations of healthcare clinic(s) or center (s) to include fiscal, human resources, and practice management operations.

Management responsibility for development for a new neuroscience clinic, comprising the current UCSF Fresno Alzheimer & Memory Care Center (AMC) and the Hillblom Center on Aging (HCA), in one practice site. Key leader in service line strategy and business development. Performs long and short-term planning for function. Identifies and eliminates or mitigates risk management issues; promotes a workplace culture with focus on meeting or exceeding patient service standards; develops an environment that encourages quality of care and safety; develops and implements internal policies and ensures external regulations are followed in regard to billing and coding practices and cash handling; oversees research; works closely with Development on maintaining good donor relations and to achieve additional fundraising. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies. Manages a group of professional staff in various fields. Assumes accountability for decisions made by subordinates.
