Ruby supports the Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health at the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI), where she coordinates programs, events, and partnerships that bring together researchers, leaders, and advocates from around the world. Through this work, she helps foster collaboration to advance equity and innovation in brain health.
Before joining GBHI, Ruby served as program manager for Leadership & Outreach Initiatives in the Office of Undergraduate Research at the University of Washington. She led programs and events that expanded undergraduate students' access to meaningful research opportunities across all academic disciplines.
Ruby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington.
