The incumbent will help manage, plan, and administer the operations of a mid-size academic group. They will report to Dr. Boxer in a unique position with plenty of room for growth into a high-level administrative and operational position. It requires making decisions using sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism, while working closely and collaborative with Dr. Boxer and other members of his team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a passion for contributing to impactful medical research.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $75,700 - $123,100 (Annual Rate).
