Anup Sonti, MD, is a clinical fellow at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center. A Bay Area native, Dr. Sonti completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis, where he majored in cell biology. His interest in neurology began during college, fueled by research on brain injury. He later completed a post-baccalaureate Intramural Research Training Award fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, where he investigated the role of adult neurogenesis in mood and behavior.
Hannah graduated from Cornell University in May 2023 with dual degrees in Music and Biology with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior. After graduating, she spent a year and a half as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she worked with Huntington’s disease patients as part of The Rosas Lab. She is excited to be part of Dr.
Michael Geschwind, MD, PhD, is a professor of neurology at the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences and a clinician-researcher at the UCSF Edward and Pearl Fein Memory and Aging Center. Dr. Geschwind specializes in the evaluation, management, and treatment of rapidly progressive dementias, movement disorders, and neurogenetic conditions.
