We are seeking skilled education and training professionals to support the statewide implementation of Multitudes as Training Specialists. The Training Specialists will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team committed to improving literacy outcomes for young students across California. Their role will be to facilitate training sessions, both virtually and in person at school locations around the state, to assist users in the adoption and use of the Multitudes platform and screener with their K-2 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Facilitation:
- Facilitate virtual and onsite (in-person) training sessions for schools and districts adopting Multitudes. Travel to school sites throughout the state of California will be required.
- Provide adequate support to training participants, ensuring that they meet training learning goals.
- Collect participant feedback on the training content and use of the Multitudes platform.
- Collaboration with Training Lead:
- Provide feedback to the training lead on training sessions, including areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the training lead to support iterative development in training content and approaches.
- Communication and Support:
- Communicate effectively with training participants about the purpose and benefits of universal screening with Multitudes.
- Help establish and maintain positive relationships between the Multitudes team and our school partners.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $58,100 - $90,800 (Annual Rate).
