Mark Thoma

Clinical Social Worker

Mark Thoma, EdD, LCSW received his EdD degree from the University of San Francisco and his MSW degree from St. Louis University, where he concentrated in health care and geriatric social work. He is the Clinical Social Worker for the Memory and Aging Center’s Huntington’s Disease Clinic and the Care Ecosystem patient/caregiver care navigator program. He is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Mark’s practice experience includes college student development and working with patients and caregivers in such settings as oncology, HIV/AIDS, community case management, home health and palliative care. Mark has served in leadership roles with the California chapter of the National Association for Social Work.
