Wei Ming Watson, PhD
Dr. Watson (she/her) is a neuropsychologist who cares for patients with a variety of cognitive and mental health needs. She is licensed in the state of California (PSY 34742) and conducts comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center, community-based clinics for underserved communities in the Bay Area, and an independent practice. She currently works at UCSF as an NIH Brain Health Equity fellow.
Dr. Watson has provided clinical care to patients with cognitive challenges since 2016 in New York City, San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her approach to assessment is tailored to each patient’s cultural background and individual experiences. She is bilingual (Spanish/English) and has clinical expertise in working with a wide range of neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions including neurodegenerative disease and dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, HIV, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), learning disorders, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She loves gardening, hot springs, and roller skating.
