Winnie brings extensive experience in project management, software development and web technologies to the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) through her work across many industries including non-profit scientific publishing, biotechnology, human resources software, consulting and legal services.

Before joining GBHI, Winnie led a team of project managers at Public Library of Science (PLOS) to help deliver the organization’s strategic initiatives and advance the progress of science by providing a library of open access journals. Prior to this work, she served as senior technical project manager at Genentech working with global, agile teams to deliver complex, business and infrastructure applications.
