Ezra Mauer, PhD, is a neuropsychology fellow at the UCSF Edward and Pearl Fein Memory and Aging Center and the UCSF Dyslexia Center. He is also a member of the ALBA Language Neurobiology Lab. Dr. Mauer earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from UC Berkeley. His research at UCSF focuses on the lifespan phenotypic expression of dyslexia and investigates how neurodevelopmental differences influence risk and resilience in typical cognitive aging and neurodegenerative disease.
