Anup Sonti, MD, is a clinical fellow at the UCSF Edward and Pearl Fein Memory and Aging Center, part of the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences. His research focuses on advancing precision medicine for neurodegenerative disorders through multimodal data integration. He combines whole-genome sequencing, neuropathology, neuroimaging, fluid biomarkers, and deep clinical phenotyping to identify the genetic and biological drivers of disease heterogeneity, improve disease classification, and characterize biomarkers of disease progression.
