Clinical Social Worker
Chloe France, LCSW, is a social worker at the UCSF Edward and Pearl Fein Memory and Aging Center, part of the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences. She works with people living with memory disorders and their care partners to navigate the emotional, practical, and social challenges of diagnosis and disease progression, connect with community resources, and improve quality of life.
France earned a Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining UCSF, she worked in a memory care community, supporting people living with dementia and their families throughout the course of the disease. Her professional experience spans long-term care, inpatient services, and in-home care.
